We’re considering trying out the mini classics from Frey’s this year. We’ve only ever done broad breasted whites and have noticed their growth can be easily influenced by the weather, typically negatively. Does anyone have experience raising a large number of mini classics on pasture? How does the meat compare to the broad breasted white? What kind of feedback, if any, have customers given? Do they do well on pasture? How long do you raise them for and to what weight?
They sound really great. I’m interested too!
Colour me interested too.
I wonder how these compare to Cirrus Hill’s Beltsville Small Whites.
