I’ve been looking for a combo cleaner/disinfectant that is food-safe so that we can cut down on some of the steps we go through in the processing area at the farm. Any leads on a company or a specific product that would meet those needs that you are using?
The sandidate/oxidate group of products may do what you want. They’re more disinfectants than cleaners but they’re organic certified and no-rinse when used on food surfaces so they’re a nice product to use where appropriate.
The on-label use is almost the opposite between Canada and the US so best to speak directly with the product rep if you’re thinking of using one of them. One is used for cleaning and the other for santising wash water
