I used to have a dairy cow and spent a lot of time researching bucket milkers. To be honest, once I started milking, it was no trouble at all doing it by hand. In fact, I really enjoyed it. I was glad to be free of the technology and the expense. If you are just doing one cow, perhaps you don’t really need it.
